Hello and welcome to IGCSE Pro!

IGCSE Pro was founded in 2014 after our founders finished their IGCSE examinations. During their summer break between finishing grade 10 and entering high school, the founders decided to team up and create a free educational resource for fellow students.

You might wonder who the founders are. There is a story to that, too. So here it goes-

The founders are two fast friends who have known one another since kindergarten! Both received numerous awards for academic excellence, including the annual 'Merit Award,' which they earned by being nominated for being one of the top 3 students from their entire class.

The person writing this, and the person behind IGCSE Biology, Physics, and Business Studies, is me - Aniruddha! Even though it has been almost 10 years since I completed the IGCSEs, I have diligently updated the content for the subjects currently supported by IGCSE Pro every year the syllabus was updated. Because of my grades, excellent recommendation letters provided by my school, extra-curricular activities, and a heart to create a positive change in the world, I was fortunate to get accepted into an international high school in Japan. The IGCSEs prepared me academically for high school since the program being taught was none other than the infamous IBDP.

I continued my education in the U.S., graduating with a degree in sustainable business and finance, and currently work as a CMO at a tech company in the U.S.

Now, talking about the other founder. He decided to stay anonymous, and I respect his decision. He is the person behind the IGCSE ICT section, which was the perfect fit for him to write since it was his favorite subject! He graduated with a bachelor's and master's degree in Computer Science and now works for Meta in the Bay Area, so when I say that you are in good hands, you really are!

We had the same ICT teacher who was absolutely the best teacher we could ask for! She had been teaching IGCSE ICT for over 18 years at the time and taught us well!

Our Philosophy

We started IGCSE Pro with the mission to democratise educational resources. We believe that every student should be able to access high-quality revision resources regardless of their socioeconomic status. To sustain our efforts, we rely on advertisements and sponsorships to help cover the costs of running the website. We actively seek to diversify ways in which we can continue to fund our operations and continue helping students, but we remain firm on our ideology to deliver revision notes that will actually benefit you and help you in times of need.

To date, we have helped more than 500,000 students from 195 countries and territories worldwide. We hope that we can reach even more students and request that if you are reading this, please consider telling your friends, teachers, and fellow students about IGCSE Pro!
